For nearly 20 years, the Elijah Run and Community BBQ has been our kick off event at the start of a new school year. It's a time to connect as a community and show our support for the incoming class. We invite you to join us again this year on Sunday, September 13, 2026.

*PRE-REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED! We welcome walk-up registrations at 3:30PM on the day of the event*
If you have already registered, race packages will be ready for pick-up starting at 3:30.
Youth (under 18): $35
Adult: $45
Family (parents and any kids under 18): $120-$150
**We are using Zeffy for registration. Click the "Register" button sbove to sign up as participant in the race. While there is an option to add an additional donation to Mount Carmel that is tax-receiptable, there is also an automated set donation to Zeffy. To remove this, select "Other" amount and enter $0 before checking out.**
Race participants are welcome to fundraise for this event. You may sponsor yourself or get your friends and family to join your challenge. All donations are tax receiptable. An option to add a donation is included in the online registration form or you can follow the sponsorship link below to set up a fundraising profile and goal.
Those who reach the thresholds below will receive the following prizes:
$150: toque & lanyard
$300: toque, lanyard, drawstring sport bag
$600: toque, lanyard, drawstring sport bag, water bottle

Click the donate button to make a general donation or to sponsor a runner. All proceeds will be used to offset the cost of tuition for this year's class. Please note, you can be both a sponsor and a participant. All donations will receive a charitable tax receipt.
